Booking Terms & Conditions While your hosts are truly amazing, they can't control the weather, so unfortunately your personal itineraries may change without prior notice due to bad weather or bushfire bans, for example. We regularly review our partners to ensure that their products and their service are consistent with Rich & Lingering’s approach. If for any reason they no longer meet our stringent requirements we may no longer include them in tour itineraries. Therefore we may alter itineraries in order to exceed your expectations. Enjoying fantastic food and wine is not currently recognised as an extreme sport. However, all guests travel entirely at their own risk and should arrange independent travel insurance before departure. Travel insurance for guests is not included in any of our services. If for some unfortunate reason you must pass up an experience of a lifetime then cancellation fees may apply. If more than 30 days notice is provided, no fees will apply. A charge of 25% of total booking will be incurred if between 7 to 30 days notice is given. Cancellation less than 7 days prior to departure will incur a cancellation fee of 75% of total booking. No notice and no refund will be given. See, that's why you need insurance. Rich & Lingering maintains a firm commitment to privacy in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Australian Privacy Commissioner. This statement discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this site. Rich & Lingering needs to collect personal information about you, including your name, address, email and telephone number to provide our food and wine experiences. All requests for credit card details following a booking will be handled personally with you over the phone. Electronic mail addresses Our contact forms are not transmitted in encrypted form. If you choose not to use email, then please telephone us or write to us. We will record your email address if you transmit it to us electronically either in an email message or via a web page form. It will only be used for the purpose for which you provide it, and will not be added to a mailing list unless you request that this be done. We will not disclose it without your consent. Information logged When you visit this site, our server logs information that is provided by your browser. This information is used to create summary statistics that allow us to assess the number of visitors to our site, discover what information is most and least used and determine technical design specifications. The information logged is as follows: the type of browser you are using; the date and time of your visit; your top level domain name (for example .com, .gov, .au, .uk etc); the address of the referring site; your server's IP address, and the address of the pages accessed. We use the information only for statistical analysis or systems administration purposes by the strange technical people in the back room and no attempt will be made to identify users or the browsing they do, unless disclosure is required by law.
